Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. Plain-language summary below; this is the full policy.

This is a plain-language policy, not legal advice. Please review with your own attorney before relying on it.

We keep this simple, because we keep the data simple. WP Goodbye uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, which means we do not follow you around the web or build a profile on you. This policy explains the small amount of information we do collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. This service is provided by WP Goodbye LLC, Creston, Washington, USA. You can reach us any time at hello@wpgoodbye.com.

What we collect

  • The website address you submit. When you ask us to check your site's speed, you give us your website's web address so we can run the check.
  • Your email, if you give it. If you ask us to send you your report, reply to you, or start a plan, we keep the email address you provide so we can get back to you.
  • Basic anonymous analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to see roughly how many people visit our pages and which pages are popular. This does not identify you personally, and it does not use tracking cookies.
  • Messages you send us. If you fill out a contact form or email us, we keep your message and any details you include, so we can help you.

How we use it

We use your information only to run our service and to talk with you:

  • To run the free speed check on the site address you give us.
  • To reply to your questions and send you the report or information you asked for.
  • To provide, bill for, and support your care plan if you become a customer.
  • To understand, in general terms, how our website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We are not in the data business; we are in the website business.

Third parties we rely on

To run our business, we use a few trusted companies behind the scenes. They only handle the information needed to do their job:

  • A payment processor handles billing when you buy a plan. Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store your full card number.
  • A hosting and analytics provider serves our website and provides the privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics described above.

These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments, and we share only what is needed for them to do their part.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we reasonably need it: to answer you, to provide your care plan while you are a customer, and to meet our normal business and record-keeping needs. When we no longer need it, we delete it or set it aside.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Just email hello@wpgoodbye.com and we will take care of it. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected there so you can always see what applies.
